ingredients

300 g of whole rice
4 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of basil
80 g of parmesan cheese
4 veal cutlets (about 4 x 160 g)
Olive oil
250 g cherry tomatoes
Soya sauce

Steps

Step 1

Soak the rice for 12 hours in a large quantity of water.
Rinse, drain, put in a saucepan, cover with water.
Bring to a boil, lower the heat, cook for 1 hour over very low heat.
Let cool to room temperature.

2nd step

Chop the garlic, sift the basil, take the parmesan chips in the bursar. Break up the veal.

Step 3

Heat 6 tbsp. to s. of oil in a large pan or in a wok.
Lightly brown the veal pieces over very high heat.
Add tomatoes, rice, garlic, 4 tbsp. to s. of soy sauce, stir 5 min.
Add the parmesan shavings, pepper the grinder well; when Parmesan is melted, add basil, mix, serve.

tips

I rinse the rice briefly, I put it in a saucepan with 2 times its volume of water, I cover and I cook on very very soft fire; in 30 minutes, it's cooked.
I do not dirty: soy sauce and parmesan salt enough.
To better balance the dish, I put 500 g of cherry tomatoes.
