Maud Arditti and Olivier Levy , respectively graduates of HEC and Polytechnique, have found the right way to overcome this problem by creating Snap Even t, a website where you can easily rent a place (atypical or not) for an evening and organize parties to several.

Snap Event, the Airbnb of our evenings

The concept of temporary leasing with private individuals obviously reminds us of something ... Indeed, like Airbnb, which has democratized short-term leasing between individuals, the Snap Event website puts people in rental and renting their space people wishing to organize an evening.

But where Airbnb usually only hires the walls, Snap Event goes one step further by offering a turnkey rental solution for parties, parties and reception, with the caterer included. That's the other good idea.

Snap Event, how does it work?

To find the perfect place, you just have to fill in the Snap Event website, the number of people who will be part of the party and the date of the evening. The site then selects for us several types of places.

Some examples of unusual places open to the party on Snap Event:
- the miniature shop of Patricia,
- Karim's garage ,
- Luc's artist's studio ,
- Yann's apartment ,
- the barge of Valerie,
- the terrace of Morgane,
- the wine cellar of Kevin,

There are 300 in total. For the moment, only places in Paris (and near Paris suburbs), constitute the catalog of Snap Event.

And how much does it cost to organize an evening via Snap Event?

The price of the rental can quickly climb: € 140 for an apartment of 45m2 in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, € 690 for a barge of 300m2 in Le Port-Marly (78), € 1001 in an art gallery of Boulogne- Billancourt ... With the caterer and according to the options (photographer, decoration, hostess, rental of chairs or screens etc.), the average price of an evening varies between 1000 € and 1500 € . What is still advantageous compared to the site Aribnb for example, on which there are only 2 or 3 apartments of large area, rented between 1250 € and 1650 € per night.

Organizer and even caterer, Snap Event takes care of everything

The biggest advantage of Snap Event: less stress since once the reservation made on the site, a "Snapper" takes charge of our event. It is he who takes care of the organization of our evening and ensures its smooth progress (the site is also guarantor in case of breakages).
