What is fat cellulite?

People who are overweight swallow more fatty foods and therefore more energy than they spend. Fatty cellulitis: which foods should be favored?

All existing vegetables are recommended , this also includes pulses and legumes such as beans, peas or lentils. Seafood, oily fish (mackerel, sardines, herrings ...) eggs, 20% white cheeses, plain yogurts and poultry and veal are also recommended. Finally, all fruits are allowed, whether they are red fruits , oleaginous (nuts, nuts, almonds ...), citrus fruits or dried fruits. A very good mention is still given to pineapple, rhubarb, kiwis and apples.

Fatty cellulitis: which foods are to be banned?

Decrease all animal fats (cream, goose fat and duck ...) especially butter , which we use regularly and often more for greed than real need.

Delete literally milk, cheese, lamb, redneck, pork, sausages, smoked meats and fish, ready meals manufacturers, crackers, pastries and other delicacies for the breakfast and gourmet snacks and than white bread.

Fatty cellulite: which sports to practice or avoid?

Contrary to popular belief all sports are not good to practice to remove cellulite. Indeed, depending on the type of cellulite sports activities are preferred and others to banish. Here are those corresponding to fat cellulite:

- To promote: water aerobics, canyoning, ballet, hiking , yoga , swimming, stretching, cross-country skiing and walking.

- To avoid: karting and riding mainly.
