ingredients

3 croissants
350 g of quetsches
1 tbsp. to s. plum brandy
50 g of butter
50 g brown sugar

Steps

Step 1

Wash, pit and chop finely. Make them come back for 25 minutes in a large pan over low heat with butter, sugar and brandy.

Cut the croissants in half lengthwise, toast them in the toaster.

2nd step

Spread each half croissant with 1 tbsp. to s. of compote of quetsches. Enjoy hot or cold.
