25 60 g of almond powder

2 dl of fresh cream
25 10 60 g of butter
25 25 200 g caster sugar

Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (item 6).

2nd step

Prepare the streussel: mix 25 g of butter, 25 g of almond powder, flour, cinnamon, pinch of salt and 25 g of sugar, rubbing with your fingertips to obtain a sand.
Tighten in packets in the hand to agglomerate in large crumbs.
Coat an oven dish 35 cm in diameter (or 26 x 18 x 5 cm, or individual cake pans) with 10 g of butter and then powder with 25 g of sugar.

Step 3

In a salad bowl, mix cream, 200 g sugar, 60 g almond powder.

Step 4

Sow the streussel.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
