Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (item 6).
2nd step
Prepare the streussel: mix 25 g of butter, 25 g of almond powder, flour, cinnamon, pinch of salt and 25 g of sugar, rubbing with your fingertips to obtain a sand.

Coat an oven dish 35 cm in diameter (or 26 x 18 x 5 cm, or individual cake pans) with 10 g of butter and then powder with 25 g of sugar.
