4 green apples (type boskoop)
200 g raspberries
2 bags of vanilla sugar
2 whole eggs 2 yolks

25 cl of milk
10 g of butter

Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (item 6).
Peel, seed, cut apples in sticks, preferably on mandolin.
Coat 10 g butter and powder 25 g sugar with a 25 cm diameter baking dish (or 26 x 18 x 5 cm, or 4 to 6 individual mussels).
Delicately store the raspberries and half of the apples.

2nd step

Mingle in a salad bowl Maizena, semolina and vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt.
Add the beaten eggs and yolks, mix little by little.
Mix with the cream and then the milk.
Mix 10 seconds to obtain a fluid paste.
Pour on the fruits.

Step 3

Bake 10 min.
Add the rest of the matched potatoes all over, bake approx. 25 min: the apples must be soft.
Serve warm or cold.
