ingredients

4 bagels
2 chicken breasts
8 slices of bacon
4 slices of cheddar
4 tbsp. to s. mustard
1 apple
• 2 tbsp. to s. creme fraiche
• 1 tbsp. to s. mayonnaise
• 1/2 lemon juice
• 1 tbsp. to s. poppy seeds
• Salt and freshly ground pepper

Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6). Place the whites in a baking dish. Add salt and pepper. Bake 10 min. Turn over and spread 1 tbsp. to s. mustard, and continue cooking 10 min. Brown the bacon in a non-stick skillet for 2 minutes on each side. Reserve bacon and chicken breasts on a plate.

2nd step

Wash the apple. Remove the heart, then slice it into sticks. Sprinkle with lemon juice. In a bowl, mix with the cream, mayonnaise and poppy seeds. Salt, pepper. Slice the chicken into strips.

Step 3

Turn on the broiler. Cut the bagels in half. Spread 4 halves of mustard, garnish with bacon, chicken and cheddar. Slip 2 min under the grill with the remaining 4 halves of bagels for toasting. Take out of the oven, add apple, cover with the other half bagel and serve.

Prepare the apple sticks while the bagels are grilling in the oven, they will only be crunchier.
