For the caramel:
20 cl of agave syrup Vivis
20 g of half-salted butter
2 cl of liquid cream.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.

Prepare the caramel sauce:
In a hot frying pan or pan, pour in the agave syrup and leave to caramelise. Color until you get a nice red color. Stir in the butter and cream little by little, mix well. Book.
Step 3
Peel and empty the apples. Arrange in a baking dish, drizzle with caramel and cook for 1 hour. Sprinkle the apples with the sauce all the way through the cooking time to confide them well.
When serving, place on a plate, sprinkle with caramel sauce and crumble a speculoos over it. Serve immediately

Vary the biscuits using for example amaretti . You can accompany this dessert with a vanilla ice cream.
