The funny exo: lying, legs bent, feet 2 cm from the ground, we hold his towel with his hands , bent elbows on each side of the head. We exhale while taking off head and shoulders. Then we go down without resting the head (15 to 20 times).

- My gym toned arms

The pitch: we use his cooler as a bench to strengthen the triceps.

The funny exo: sitting on his cooler, hands placed on each side, as close as possible to the edge. Legs bent, we advance slightly forward, we take off the buttocks and bend down by bending our arms . When the buttocks graze the ground, we get up by pushing on the arms only (15 times).

- My gym shaggy buttocks

The pitch: we fill 2 bottles of water and perform alternate back slots .

The funny exo: standing, feet slightly apart, arms along the body, a bottle in each hand. We inhale and make a back slit with the left leg. The knee touches the ground. We get up and repeat the same exercise with the other leg e (15 times).

- My firm tits gym

The pitch: we use the children's beach ball to tone the pecs.

The funny exo: legs barely spread, water chest, the ball in one hand, it is passed behind the back, arms extended, to recover it with the other hand. The ideal? Make it spin faster and faster for 5 minutes.
