200 g frozen broccoli

Step 1

Dip the frozen broccoli in a small saucepan of boiling salted water, cook for 3 minutes, drain, cool under the tap, dry on a cloth.

2nd step

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (tea 4). Drain, roughly crush the mackerel in a baking dish. Place the broccoli on it. Beat eggs and Parmesan, pepper hard with the mill, toast with milk, pour over broccoli. Bake 30 min. Enjoy hot or warm.
