The pepper

Often used to brighten dishes that are sometimes sad, peppers are rarely chosen as ' food '. This is a real mistake because it is very low in calories (20 kcal / 100g) and has many toning virtues, diuretic, anti-infectious ... Including a large amount of vitamins C and E, it is also an excellent antioxidant which prevents cardiovascular risks and limits the appearance of wrinkles. The courgette

Some may have already found in cooking: the zucchini is a water-soaked food, so it is very low calorie (13 kcal / 100g) . Broccoli

Its acidity, due to the presence of citric acid, degrades the fats and proteins present in the stomach.

Cinnamon

Often used in the confection of oriental pastries and crepes, cinnamon has recently been recognized as a real slimming aid. It also includes a lot of fibers since half of its weight is constituted and is very useful for the proper functioning of our transit.

Green tea

Green tea contains many stimulating active ingredients, favoring for some the elimination of fats. The theine it contains acts on our metabolism by increasing our energy expenditure.
