Good morning RNT
After the transition from the TV to the all digital with the TNT, it is the radio that sticks to it. On June 20, 2014 , Digital Terrestrial Radio (RNT) will be put into service in three leading French cities and their surroundings: Paris, Marseille and Nice.

Specifically, the RNT
what '?
On the same principle as TNT, the transition to Digital Terrestrial Radio should increase the number of frequencies and thus the supply of the number of radio stations. Like TNT, "Radio listening will be better and, above all, it will be possible to take advantage of more stations , not broadcast in FM in certain regions, for example", explains Laura Klauck De Branche, Sales Manager in France for the Pure digital radio brand.
At Pure, we know the song well since the brand has been working for 6 years and produces connected digital radios (EVOKE Flow model). These little jewels of technology were until now only compatible with an internet network.

New radio frequencies to discover
Before disembarking gradually and definitively all over France, Digital Terrestrial Radio is currently being tested in Lyon and Nantes . The inhabitants of these two regions therefore already benefit from the national RNT stations to which they had access only by the FM. For example: Radio Nova , MFM Radio or YES FM .

Attention, which says RNT says new equipment
If your workstation is too old, you should consider changing it to receive the Digital Terrestrial R adio. Exactly as was the case for DTT. But no panic, the end of the FM is not yet for now ... England, for example, already equipped with RNT for a decade, has still not foreseen the definitive extinction of the FM band!
