- 2 zucchini
- 3 tablespoons guacamole
- 3 tablespoons hazelnut oil
- 2 tablespoons roasted pine nuts
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Steps
Step 1
- Wash zucchini and slice thinly with a mandolin.
- Cook for a few minutes (they should stay crisp) in boiling water. Book.
2nd step
- Prepare the seasoning by emulsifying the guacamole with the hazelnut oil. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Brown ravioli 5 minutes over medium heat in a non-stick pan
- Arrange your zucchini, season with guacamole sauce and sprinkle with pine nuts and ravioli.
