300 g red fruit mixture
2 slices of gingerbread
30 g of butter
30 g brown sugar

Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (tea 7). Cut the gingerbread into large cubes, mix them in the bowl of the robot with the chopped butter and the brown sugar, in brief impulses to obtain a coarse sand.

2nd step

Then spread the mixture of frozen red fruits in 4 ramekins in the oven. Cover with gingerbread mixture, brown and thaw approx. 5 minutes in the top of the oven. Taste hot.

tips

Variations: Place 1 tbsp. to s. mascarpone on each ramekin just before serving. • You can replace the red fruit mixture with frozen apricots or pineapple dice.

My idea. Do not ignite the grill: as the gingerbread burns easily, it will just be grilled as soon as the fruit is hot.
