75 g 75 g of cleaned lamb's lettuce
25 g 125 g of cucumber
300 g canned corn in drained can
1 red pepper
2 tbsp. to s. pine nuts
250 g sheep yogurt
1 tbsp. to s. of sherry vinegar
1 tbsp. to s. olive oil
Coarse salt
Grilled pepper

Steps

Step 1

Prepare the pesto: mix in the food processor 75 g of corn salad, pine nuts, vinegar, oil, pinch of coarse salt, pepper. Pour into a bowl.

2nd step

Prepare the yogurt: roughly mix the yogurt with 25 g of cucumber and pepper.

Step 3

Prepare the vegetables: seed , cut the pepper in small dice. Cut the unpeeled cucumber into small cubes.

Step 4

Assemble: superimpose in thin layers in a salad bowl : lamb's lettuce, pepper, cucumber, corn, sow spoonfuls of pesto and yoghurt; repeat until you have exhausted the ingredients.
