400 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
400 g of lychees
1 tbsp. to s. green tea
70 g caster sugar

Steps

Step 1

Rinse the raspberries and let them drain in a colander (or leave to freeze frozen raspberries at room temperature in a very flat container so that the fruits do not crush). Mix in half, then pass the puree to Chinese to eliminate the seeds.

2nd step

Heat 50 cl of water. As soon as it boils, remove it from the heat, pour in green tea and sugar. Stir and let steep for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Peel the lychees and cut them in half to remove the kernel. Filter the tea brew and add the raspberry purée.

Step 4

Mix well, then pour this mixture into a deep dish. Put in the freezer for 2 hours, and turn every 15 minutes with a fork to break as the ice is formed. When serving, place the raspberry granita in the center of 4 individual plates and arrange the lychees and the remaining raspberries. Serve immediately.
