4 egg yolks
1 whole egg
50g of powdered sugar
40 cl of whipping cream
1 bag of Vahiné Nougat Nuggets
2 tbsp. tablespoon lavender syrup

Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 110 ° C (th 3-4)

Mix the contents (minus 1 tablespoon) of the Nougat bag to obtain a fine powder

Boil the cream.

2nd step

In a bowl, beat the yolks and the whole egg with the sugar, add the nougat powder and the lavender syrup.

Stir in the boiling cream, whisking.

Divide into ramekins. Put them on the fried noodle oven and cook in a bain-marie about 1 hour.

The cream is cooked when it shivers and is almost taken.

Step 3

Let cool and place in the refrigerator 2 hours.

Just before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize quickly in a very hot oven (min 240 ° C) or with a torch.

Sprinkle with the nougat chips you have reserved and enjoy.
