Duration and effectiveness

The duration depends on the objective that we set ourselves. Eating better and reducing quantities, allows a reduction in caloric intake and therefore weight.

It is recommended not to lose more than 3 to 5 kilos per month.

Dr. Cohen recommends not thinning beyond 15% of our weight per dieting year. So, you should not lose more than 10 kilos in 2011, if you currently weigh 69 kilos, or just over 800g per month.
