ingredients
- 600 g. cooked sauerkraut
- 2 onions
- 50 g. chorizo
- 80 g. dried apricots
- 40 g. whole almonds
- 1 slice of cinnamon or cumin
- some mint leaves
- The juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Steps
Step 1
Peel and slice the onions.
Cut the chorizo into cubes and melt them in a pan. Add the onions, spice and cover.
2nd step
? Once the onions are lightly stewed, add sauerkraut, apricots, almonds and lemon juice. Heat 10 minutes.
? Rectify the seasoning and sprinkle with chopped mint just before serving.
