Canada: Effective Sleep
Canadians are the best at managing their sleep time. To function to the best of their capacity they estimate to have to sleep 7:22. Well, the average length of their sleep is 7:03.

Japan: In dirty clothes
The Japanese change their sheets every three weeks against once a week for Mexicans.

America: A little nap?
Half of Americans (small sleepers with 6:31 of sleep) manage to recover their lack of sleep every two weeks through a nap.
