It is a world first for the Swedish giant. H & M launched on October 20, 2016, H & M Club , a free and fully digital loyalty program in France. It can be used via the H & M application from a smartphone or from the website.

The good plan? At each store visit (or online purchase), points are collected (1 euro is equal to 1 point), special offers , invitations to exclusive events, and in the near future, access to the backstage of the creation of the Conscious collection Exclusive in Sweden. But be careful, the points expire 24 months after the month they were collected. To join the H & M Club, you must be at least 16 years of age.

France is the 8th country to launch the H & M Club program, after Norway, Poland, Finland, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands and Austria.
