2 mature avocados
2 ripe but firm peaches
8 beautiful leaves of Roman salad
2 juicy lemons
2 balls (250 g) buffalo mozzarella
8 sheets of lasagna
4 1 tbsp. to s. olive oil

Steps

Step 1

In advance : mix the juice and grated zest of 1.5 lemon, 4 tbsp. of oil, salt, pepper hard. Add the mozzarella cut into regular slices, mix, close, marinate 2 hours in the fridge.

2nd step

Prepare everything : dip the lasagna in a saucepan of salted boiling water; as soon as they are al dente, drain, cut them in 2, mix them with 1 cuil. oil to prevent them from sticking. Cut the peaches into thin slices, cut the romaine leaves into pieces about the size of 1/2 lasagna. Cut in 2, remove the kernel, peel, slice the avocados in thin slices, mix them the juice of the remaining 1/2 lemon.

Step 3

To serve : on 4 plates, stack lasagna, avocado, peach, romaine, mozzarella (with its marinade that season everything), start again. Finish with peach and avocado, marinade, pepper again. Serve fast.
