ingredients
600 g of white fish
1 can (400 g) of crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp. to s. tomato paste
3 sprigs of parsley
1 bouquet 3 sprigs of coriander
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
1/2 lemon
1/2 cuil. to c. turmeric
1 tbsp. to c. cumin
1 tbsp. to c. of paprika
1 pinch of Cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. to s. olive oil
Steps
Step 1
Peel and chop the shallot and the clove of garlic. Squeeze the 1/2 lemon.
2nd step
Then heat the olive oil in a casserole, brown the shallot and garlic.
Step 3
Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, chopped coriander, 2 dl of water.
Cover, let simmer 30 min.
Step 4
Chop together the fish, the lemon juice, the parsley, the 3 sprigs of coriander, the turmeric, a little salt.
Form into balls, cook for 20 minutes in the casserole on low heat.
