ingredients

½ grapefruit
125 g of white cheese 0%
100 g cooked shrimp
1 tablespoon capers
½ teaspoon of mustard
1 pinch of paprika
Salt pepper

Steps

Cut the grapefruit in half.

Detach the pulp with a knife. Seed and cut into large cubes.

Mix the cottage cheese, shrimp, capers, mustard and paprika in a suitable container, season with salt and pepper.

Pour the well-drained grapefruit cubes into this preparation and fill in half of the grapefruit.
