With age, the breasts change shape and sometimes tend to sag. Do not panic, the phenomenon is normal.

There are nevertheless soft solutions - before eventually thinking about breast surgery - to remedy it.

  • Strengthening your pectoral muscles

If there are no muscles in the chest, there are just below. Indeed, the pectorals, which support the breasts, can be (re) muscular.

For this, several exercises are effective.

Making a series of pumps every day helps tighten the chest, as does the regular practice of back crawl at the pool.

And if one is not very gifted for the pumps, one takes two balls of tennis that one places arm slightly bent in front of him, at breast height, and one presses them against the other. The repetition of this little gesture for three minutes, every day, restores a pretty curve to the chest.

You can also use dumbbells or small bottles of water. To re-muscle the shoulders, but also the pectorals, we take a dumbbell in each hand and we extend our arms in front of you, then we make small circular movements inwards and outwards. Five minutes a day is enough to tighten the chest.

  • Offer a Firming Massage

We offer massages based on vegetable oils with firming properties such as vegetable oil of macadamia or daisy macerate.

Applied daily to the bust, they give it back elasticity.

  • Showering in cold water

To prevent our chest from sagging, we avoid taking hot showers, especially when the jet is directed at our breasts.

Better to finish each shower with a stream of cold water, directly on the chest.

  • Avoid sleeping on your stomach

If one is used to "flatten on the bed" in the evening, one quickly changes this ritual and one sleeps on the back. Indeed, by flattening the breast against the mattress, it does not serve him.

Same, when one has a strong chest and one sleeps on the side, the friction of both breasts reinforces the risks of deformation.

  • Protect your chest from the sun

It is obvious: a maximum sun protection is applied to the neckline.

Exposure to the sun loses its elasticity to the skin, and as we want to keep our beautiful chest firm, we protect our breasts from the harmful effects of the sun. Then one arranges the monoi and opts for an index 50.

  • Choosing a bra to fit

The breasts change, the size of the chest too. Every year, we update the point with a lingerie consultant to be sure to choose suitable underwear.

And for those of us who think that a bra a little narrow allows to re-inflate the chest, one forgets immediately this idea. Certainly, our plunging neckline has its effect today, but in the long term it sags our breasts.

Brassieres are therefore chosen to support reinforcements and solid materials with wide and resistant straps. The breast should not be too tight and should not overlap either over the cap or underneath or on the sides.
