  1. Waldorf salad, alternative to Caesar. A recipe invented at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York, made from lettuce leaves, lemon apple dices, celery-branch slices, raisins and roasted nuts. And a delicious and light sauce: 1 yogurt 2 tablespoons mayonnaise lemon zest 1 teaspoon of honey and a lot of parsley!
  2. The clam chowder declined in 2 versions. Coming from New England, this clam soup is creamy and fragrant (with potatoes, smoked bacon, celery, white wine, garlic, onions and a base of milk cream). Italian immigrants from New York have lightened it by replacing cream with tomatoes ... Both versions are to die for!
  3. Healthy food fashion is coming out of California. This movement of reaction to the excesses of a country fed with meat XXL highlights the plant and healthy recipes : long live vegetable spaghetti (zucchini, sweet potato ...), bowls and veggie burgers , desserts (brownies and pancakes) vegan!
  4. The succotash recipe adapted to the season.
