What if we sorted our household products? Like bags or shoes, there is a tendency to accumulate them and store them loose in a closet. With the Marie Kondo technique, we explain to you how to optimize their storage.

I empty bottles bottoms and I run my stocks

It is not because we have a lot of cleaning products that our house is super clean . Sometimes it's the opposite. We start by sorting those that are already open, and those that have not yet been used.

  • With bottoms, we clean the cupboards and shelves on which we will store our cleaning products
  • If we have a lot of stock, for example 4 or 5 bottles of bleach in advance, we donate it to our entourage, or to anyone who needs it. The idea is to avoid cluttering your interior with things that will not be used for several months.

I use boxes and baskets

Whether you put them in the bathroom, in the garage or in the kitchen, you always store the cleaning products vertically , so you can identify them in the blink of an eye. Rattan baskets and beautiful boxes are used to store them, to improve the visual appearance in the cupboard , and so, not to be bad hair before attacking the household. If you really want to push the vice of the visual to the end, we do not hesitate to remove the labels of the products that we used to use (we avoid however to do if we have children at home , in order to immediately identify the components of the product). We then slide the boxes on our shelves and in our closet, we gain space , and we keep an orderly room.

I categorize

In order to facilitate the identification of the products inside the boxes or baskets, one does not hesitate to arrange them by pieces. Ex: Products for the bathroom, for the kitchen, for the WC etc. They can also be sorted by function. Eg bleach, detergent, deodorant etc. Make sure you choose a strategic place : for example, the products for the laundry and the washing machine will be stored near the machine.
