What drinks do I propose to my guests?

It is not because we make a drink light that we can not have fun drink! Some alcohols are less calorific than others . We turn to red and white wines without abusing them. The beer is super caloric , if you can avoid it is better, but if we really like it, it's good to know that the lager is less caloric than others. The unbeatable, the least caloric alcohol of all, is the raw cider can therefore consume without too much guilt! Otherwise, we turn to soft drinks and homemade, such as lemonade, and we can also try the trendy drinks of the summer.

What are we eating at the aperitif?

We put everything on homemade preparations , at least we are sure of the composition and we know the amount of fat, salt and seasoning that there is inside.

  • Side chips, we prefer chips of vegetables with traditional chips. Those sold in the supermarket are often full of salt, so we prefer to do it yourself, it's super easy! Simply slice the vegetables into thin slices, season and bake. Yes yes, that's it!
  • If you are addicted to bread, will you prefer whole grain bread ? Rich in cereals and fiber, it will be easier to digest than its more classic cousin.
  • We leave the sausage aside and we have fun on the raw vegetables : cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers ... It's never bad to eat vegetables! In addition, carrots help to tan and make them pleasant: we do not hesitate!
  • Ok, the peanuts are super good. But other oilseeds are just as tasty and, in addition, eaten in reasonable quantities, they can become flat stomach allies. Our guests are offered nuts, hazelnuts etc.
  • Big trend of the moment: the hummus ! To season vegetables (without abusing of course), it's perfect, and in addition, chickpeas are rich in fiber.
